- The Administrator protects data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other legal acts applicable to the protection of personal data.

- The administrator processes data of persons which:
- contacted the Administrator via telephone, letter, e-mail, contact form,
- voluntarily provided the Administrator with their personal data via IT systems,

3 Rules of data processing
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
- We process data based on your consent.
- The administrator provides the opportunity to contact him or her using electronic contact forms. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary to contact and answer the inquiry. You may also provide other data to facilitate contact or handling of your inquiry. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to provide it results in the inability to process it. Providing other data is voluntary.
4 Scope of collected and analyzed data

- personal, e.g. name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number or other identifiers, and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies, identification numbers, e.g. farmer ID,
- regarding decisions, e.g. preferred communication channel.
- We process data for the following purposes:
- providing answers to the submitted inquiry,
- sending a commercial offer,
- securing administrative and accounting activities,
- matching your preferred method of communication,
- marketing (in order to carry out marketing activities, the Administrator in some cases uses profiling. This means that thanks to automatic data processing, the Administrator assesses selected factors regarding natural persons in order to analyze their behavior or create a forecast for the future),

- we call or send messages to mobile phones
- we call landline phones
- we send letters via traditional mail.
- The Administrator has the right to disclose personal data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies) and relevant contracts, including those concluded with entities cooperating with the Administrator, as well as database and marketing service providers and other partners and collaborators.
- Personal data is processed in secured databases only by persons with appropriate authorizations.

5 Cookies and similar technology
- Cookies are small text files installed on the device of the user browsing the Administratore website. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website – e.g. by remembering the user’s visits and activities performed by him or her.
- The administrator uses the so-called service cookies primarily to provide the user with services provided electronically and to improve the quality of these services. Therefore, the Administrator and other entities providing analytical and statistical services to the user use cookies to store information or gain access to information already stored in the user’s telecommunications end device (computer, telephone, tablet, etc.). Cookies used for this purpose include:

Google does not use the collected data to identify the User or combine this information to enable identification.
- The administrator also uses cookies for marketing purposes, including: in connection with targeting users of behavioral advertising. For this purpose, the Administrator stores information or gains access to information already stored in the user’s telecommunications end device (computer, telephone, tablet, etc.). The use of cookies and personal data collected through them for marketing purposes, in particular in the promotion of third-party services and goods, requires the user’s consent. This consent may be expressed by appropriate browser configuration, and may also be withdrawn at any time, in particular by clearing the cookie history and disabling cookies in the browser settings.
6 Final Provisions
- Each person whose data is processed has the right to free:
- access to his or her data;
- rectification and supplementation of his or her data;
- request deletion or restriction of processing of his or her data;
- submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
- Personal data may be deleted as a result of the withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- The administrator may change the privacy policy without giving a reason at any time. The changes referred to in the previous sentence do not limit the rights acquired before the changes entered into force.
- The Administrator will inform about the content of changes to the privacy policy by posting a message about the changes on the website: http:// armon.com.pl, and this message will be maintained on the website for a period of at least 10 (ten) consecutive calendar days.
